CHEF'S BIO
Owned and operated by executive chef Jackie Solomon. A native of Modeste, Louisiana a small town outside of Donaldsonville, Louisiana. Following in her grandmother and mothers footsteps, she has carried the torch and has gone on to win multiple awards, show cases, and many honors and recognitions as a chef. With 30 years of experience as a chef, she has gone on to work along side many other chefs and entice many with her savory creole and cajun style dishes.
IN THE KITCHEN
We cater to groups of all sizes. Serving dishes of all varieties and flavors.
Aside from catering, we sell dishes that are available for purchase daily. We offer a weekly menu offering different dishes on certain days, so you have a variety of options to choose from.
